About This Event
The event starts and finishes at the Mattawan High School track. The first leg of the race is on paved road leading around to the high school. Once near the front of the high school, the run enters a wooded area for about a half mile. After exiting the woods, the run continues through the Mattawan grounds on paved surfaces, back to the road and around to the finish line on the track. Food, beverages and giveaways will be available after the race. Dogs are not allowed on the course. All walkers and participants with strollers will be required to wait until all runners have crossed the start line. An electronic timing system will be used. There will be a fee for unreturned chips. A link to results will be posted online at www.greatlakeschampionchip.com, www.macssportstiming.com and on www.facebook.com/wildcatroadandtrail. Visit www.facebook.com/wildcatroadandtrail to view a course map. In the event of inclement weather, the race may be delayed or cancelled. No refunds will be given.
